How to Price Your Art

There is an interesting article on pricing art on ArtBusiness.com. I know that not everyone has the goal of selling their work, but many do. I thought using real estate as an analogy was an interesting comparison.

Speaking of selling, don't forget that tonight is Roger Cantu's opening reception for his show "Glass and Clay" beginning at 5:00 p.m. Roger has lots of fused glass pieces which is exciting to see in the Gallery.

It's Mug Monday with Jon Pacheco

It's Mug Monday! This one shows a happy owner of a mug made by Resident Artist and Sculpture teacher Jon Pacheco when he first began creating ceramic art. The mug was donated to our Empty Bowls sale at our last First Friday to raise money to fight hunger. Jon has certainly grown as an artist. His wolf mug was created in a wood firing. Enjoy!
